Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City fans escorted to Home Park

11 April 2026

Supporters of Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City travelled to Home Park yesterday under a visible police presence ahead of the Devon derby.

Away fans arriving at Plymouth railway station were escorted on foot through Central Park towards the stadium, with officers accompanying them along the route. Home supporters were seen gathering in venues across the city, including one on North Road West, before heading towards Home Park.

Images from the build-up show officers positioned along key routes and between groups of supporters as they approached the ground. Such measures are typically used for fixtures of this nature to manage movement and support public safety as crowds build ahead of kick-off.
