Plymouth People | Artist Surprises Green Party Campaigners with Gifted Portraits

Green Party members Lauren McClay and Saahi Aroori have been surprised and delighted after receiving gifted portraits created by artist Sadie O’Hanlon. The pieces were presented as a personal gift from the artist, who is known for her expressive portrait work capturing character and individuality.

Both McClay and Aroori were attending a transgender rights demonstration at Frankfort Gate recently when O’Hanlon made the unexpected presentation. Both said they were thrilled by the gesture, describing the artwork as a meaningful and thoughtful surprise that they will treasure.
