The Post publishes a book of 43 stories about the city
Plymouth Post: Stories of the City is available now on Amazon, in time for Christmas.

Looking for a gift for someone who loves Plymouth? Plymouth Post: Stories of the City brings together 43 illustrated stories about the city, its people and its past.
The 135 page A4 paperback covers history, places, people, businesses, sport and memories. The stories range from medieval Sutton and the Spanish Armada to Union Street nightlife, Swilly and the old Drake Circus.

Photographs by Plymouth Post photographer Wayne Perry show familiar places as they are today, alongside scenes and landmarks that have changed or disappeared.
The stories began as Plymouth Post features and have been edited for the book. It is not a complete history of Plymouth, but a collection of stories, each revealing something about the city and the people who shaped it.
